What We Do

So continuing daily with one accord in the temple, and breaking bread from house to house, they ate their food with gladness and simplicity of heart, praising God and having favor with all the people. And the Lord added [q]to the church daily those who were being saved.” (Acts 2:46-47)

Fellowship - Discipleship

Our goal at Finding the Ancient Path is to simply walk as Yashua taught. We accept the Bible as God’s Word as completely infallible and inspired: The people, places, events and miracles described in it were completely real and historical.

“When the day of Pentecost arrived, they were all together in one place. And suddenly there came from heaven a sound like a mighty rushing wind, and it filled the entire house where they were sitting.” (Acts 2:1-2)

Finding The Ancient Path is a Bible teaching ministry devoted to recovering the authority, continuity, and coherence of the Scriptures from Genesis to Revelation. The ministry exists to call believers back to the biblical foundations that shaped the faith of Israel, the teachings of Yeshua, and the theology of the apostles.

At its core, Finding The Ancient Path affirms that the Old Testament is not a discarded or inferior covenantal record, but the essential framework through which the New Testament must be understood. The Torah, the Prophets, and the Writings form the theological soil from which the gospel emerges. Without them, the words of Yeshua and the writings of Paul are often misunderstood, misapplied, or reduced to abstractions detached from their original context.

This ministry focuses on Scripture interpreting Scripture. Teaching is grounded exclusively in the biblical text, with careful attention given to original Hebrew and Greek terms, literary structure, covenantal themes, and intertextual connections. Extra biblical traditions, later religious systems, and theological innovations are intentionally set aside in favor of the written Word itself.

Finding The Ancient Path addresses common misconceptions about the Law, faith, grace, and obedience by examining how these concepts are presented consistently across both the OT and NT. Particular emphasis is placed on how the apostles, especially Paul, used the Hebrew Scriptures to explain justification by faith, covenant identity, and the life of obedience that flows from trust in God rather than legalism or moralism.

The ministry’s teaching is structured, methodical, and designed for serious students of Scripture. Lessons are presented through in depth studies, multi part teaching series, and visual presentations intended to help believers read the Bible as a unified revelation rather than a fragmented collection of religious writings.

Finding The Ancient Path ultimately exists to help believers see the Bible as it presents itself. One God. One people. One redemptive story. One faith rooted in trust, obedience, and covenant relationship. The goal is not novelty, but restoration. Not tradition, but truth. Not innovation, but a return to the ancient path spoken of by the prophets, where the good way is found and where rest for the soul is discovered.
